Craft Challenge

I've got my bracelet made for the challenge and I really like it.  There are more co-workers interested in joining the challenge so I'm looking forward to seeing what they come up with.  Now I have to figure out how the random.org site works.

Craft Challenge

Here is our first craft challenge.  We have to make a bracelet.  Any kind, made out of any material.  The challenge is due Monday by 6:00 pm.  There are 3 of us at work who want to do them.  It will be fun to see what everyone will come up with.  Check back.

Craft Challenge

I was browsing the isles at Hastings tonight when I came up with a wonderful idea.  My co-worker and crafty friend have been having fun inspiring each other with our fun projects so I'm going to challenge her to a craft-off each week.  We'll have a theme or topic and have to come up with something fabulous.  I think we should invite everyone to join the fun and I have enough "treasures" that I could come up with some cool prizes.  I'll let you know when and what the first one will be on Monday.  I'm so excited!!!!!!

Crafting My Heart Out

I've been in love with making these shabby chic dishes since I saw them at the Women's Conference I went to last week.  I glued the candlestick to the plate and bowl with E6000.  I don't know if I can stop or if I want to.  I may have to redo my whole house in shabby chic!  That wouldn't be so bad, would it?

I Have A Secret

I have a secret and it's just about killing me not to tell everyone.  But I have to wait.  Hopefully not for very much longer.  I think I'll be able to spill the beans next week.  Check back to see.....

New Projects

I am re-designing a pair of cowgirl boots.  They are white with silver metal studs, fringe, and high heels.  I'm going to paint part of them black and put either clear or black rhinestones on them.  If you have any ideas for me please let me know.  I'll show you the finished product next week.

New Projects

It's about time I posted something.  I really have been having fun with my Etsy store.  I just put some new things in there and I have so much fun with them.  The first one was a bracelet I made out of an old belt.  I just cut and glued it together and I think they turned out so cute.  The next was a fabric flower headband and my favorite was a bracelet made out of elastic with tons of button sewed on it.  My friend had one on last week and I knew I had to make one.
