I fell in love with this idea when I saw it on Smashed Peas and Carrots,
here. My fabric stash was a mess! I looked around the house to see what I had to use as the base and couldn't quite come up with the perfect thing. I wanted something that I could recycle but it had to be quick and easy. Then I was at JoAnn's shopping for more fabric and I asked if they threw away the old cardboard bolts. They said they did and I was welcome to as many as I could carry. I got out my razor knife and started cutting. I love the results and the idea because it's something I can keep up on. I can't wait to do my whole stash!
